‧ 发货时间一般为7-14个工作天内送货，但由于疫情关系，送货时间或可能会有所延误，目前最长送货期约为30天，如果情况许可会尽量提前。
另外，为顾及我们的送货司机及顾客的安全健康着想，所有货件送货服务安排已更改。
为了减低传播风险，现时我们的送货司机（针对大部分货件）均不会送货上楼。
故此，在大部分派递情况下，不论该址是否有确诊个案，收件人需要到大厦范围以外(eg 大厦地下大门外)签收货件，直至另行通知。
本公司会尽最大努力确保商品供应充足，若因某些不能控制的情况下缺货/延误，我们将以电邮/ 电话/ Whatsapp通知顾客。
